I have received numerous phone calls from this company, both on my cell phone and at my work number. Most if their messages state for me or my legal representative to call 866-679-4046 within an hour regarding an important business matter. In looking up this phone # it appears it is tied to Accounts Receivables Management for debt collection. I have no idea whom they may be trying to collect for and their phone calls are sounding threatening. I have not received any communication in writing from these people so I have no idea what this business matter is for.

I'll try to make this short. About a year and a half ago I started receiving letters from a junk debt buyer requesting payments. I genuinely DO want to take care of my debts and I contacted him via email and agreed to pay back 3300. (I realize now in retrospect that I am a complete idiot.. my original credit limit was 2500/ of which I never exceeded 1200 when it went into collections).

shazzers, paul national check cashers said my account has left there store going to there law firm that i had better seek leagel action for writing a bad check, do you think that is true, i told them that i was on unemployment they called me a bum and said i better get ready to go to court for writing a basd check, please help with some guidence on this . todd

I had signed up for DMP, but two of my creditors won't take it. Should I consider settlement with them, I am already behind byy like three months with them.

Hi, I Live in Washington state and have gotten in way over my head. My questions is Is there a way to get longer payment plans? The stores say they offer only four payments. I can very well afford a six or seven payment plan, but four is the same thing as doubling the fees which is very hard. I'm in good standing but I'm affraid I will soon slip and I can't take the collection calls or them calling my boss. Any advice would be wonderful. Sometime I feel like I must be the stupidest person in wa. for getting this deep in the hole.

Is there a way to get payday loan companies to give you longer payment installments? I can afford six payments but four is like doubling the fees. I'm in washington state.

Good morning all! I have a question regarding the SOL laws in Indiana, mainly the "collection of debt accounts" section Per Indiana Law, it is 6 years - does that mean 6 years from date of service (mostly medical bills) or 6 years from when the C/A took over the account? Thanks!

Are there any good books for DIY Debt Settlement?

I noticed sutell and associates had made an inquiry on my credit report about a year ago. I tried to call them and left a message but never got a response from them. about a month ago i rec'd a demand in full letter. I shot off a debt validation letter to them rec'd the return reciept and have heard nothing from them. The 30days are almost up and if i don't hear from them what is the next step. I live in washington state and i know that they are not licensed here. Thanks for any help you can give me!
