Jason, This spammer "Trophierwor" seems to like these 3 threads in particular.

My loan with Think Cash first defaulted in July this year. I'd been communicating with them via email and then all the sudden it just stopped. I've followed up with them twice and saved copies of my email messages, but they are non responsive. Trying to determine what to expect next. Anyone? I'm in KY and this is installment.

I am to the point where I can know longer make the min. payments. Should I contact the creditors before I miss my first payment to let them know this or should I just start missing payments to try and settle later?

I'd seen in a prior post that you'd had some struggles with making the payments that payday one set up for you. I'm in the same situation. Can you tell me what, if anything, has happened to you regarding this situation so far? How long ago was this? Have you heard anything from them? Are they threatening legal action?

I have searced the better business data base for centeurion lp usa & cmg groups address to send thema n email revoking authorizing debitting my account and can not find it.DOES ANYONE HAVE THEM PLEASE.They have been blocked by my bank

I had 3 accounts with scammers Campos/Hess-Kennedy and was so happy to hear Chase was forgiving the Chase accounts, along with WaMu and Providian. These just so happen to be the accounts I had enrolled in the debt settlement program. I now find out only my one account has been forgiven and the other 2 are no longer with Chase as they must have been sold off, but I have not received any written info from any collection agencies on the 2 other accounts. So now almost all of the money I had given to the scammers went to pay the 30% the receivership agreed to pay Chase.

Has anyone used Innovation Financial for debt settlement? If so, how was your experience?

In the state of NY if the government is garnishing my check can they put a levy on my account also?

If I choose to settle my debts myself (which I am leaning towards thanks to this site), what is the best way to choose which to approach first? I have multiple creditors. Some have fairly low balances & some have $15K balances. Do I ignore the ones I am not paying yet, or just tell them I am working on it?
