I have almost $100K in unsecured debt and although I would like to handle this myself, I think this may be bigger then me. Has anyone had favorable or unfavorable experiences with Debt Settlement USA. I tried searching the forums, but got SO many hits between "debt" and "settlement" that didn't have anything to do with the company. I also wonder if there are any do-it-yourselfers out there that have settled this much on their own.

Hi, I live in california and have 6 PDL online and with the economy have needed to turn to PDL for help. It was a great help when I needed it and have been drowning in interest fees but doing everything I can to pay them on time to get out of the vicious circle. I stumbled on to this website and I'm so HAPPY that I did. I didn't even realize the the company(s) were over charging me illegally.

I am about to start the debt settlement process and have been in contact with Christian Debt Counselors and was wondering if anybody has worked with them.

I'm in an huge self made mess!!

Just wondering if credit card companies see you already settled with one company does that make them more likely to offer a settlement?

Hello guys,I got a payday loan from them back in procrastinate winter. Recently fall of 2007. I got in over my head with several pdl's companies. My checking account was baned due to overdrafts. I was out of work for over half of 2008. Starting back in late fall of 2008 I started getting emails & letters from a lady at Westbury Ventures. Now I'm getting on average 2-3 a day. They range from threats to "special offers". I emailed her and told her that I could pay 25-50 a month because, I didn't get paid all that much at work.

These companies still debit my checking even after the ach revokation letters. I have paid cashadvancenetwork twice what the principle is and owe the other Loanpointusa $40.00 yet which I have stated in the letter I would pay. Cashadvancenetwork isn't cooperating and continues to debit the account and Loanpointusa keeps emailing and calling to say they need to speak with me. I keep emailing them stating I will only communicate by email or mail. The other company oneclickcash didn't debit but have yet to get an email or letter saying they settled. I am from Mn.
