This may sound stupid, but when your account is on Deposit Only- can a paper check go through?

Received this in my inbox today, when I try to e-mail them back it comes back undeliverable. It is from MYCASHNOW. First loan principle 800, fees and interest 1204.98, second loan now in default 1000 principle /fees and interest paid 977.80. I am from Illinois and from what I can tell they broke the law and owe me money, what should be my next step? I sent a latter to Kenwood( one of many of my pdls ) explaining everything including my wanting to settle my account, 300, already paid 90. They wrote back saying their "systems" only allow for certain payments to be made....

So.. I'm in the pdl trap. Not all online but the big ones are online so I'm starting with those. I tried to revoke ACH but they all say they didn't get it. I closed my account to get my money back or I would not have been able to pay rent & now they're calling me. I need help doing this correctly, please!! My credit is less than stellar. i have a few old CA's on there and a current student loan, and scores are low-mid 600s. I don't have any revolving credit.

I recently agreed to a settlement concerning my debt w/Hunt & Henriques. After about a thirty minute phone call just to get them to send me a postal letter w/their letterhead and an original signature, I receive what looks like a a settlement letter typed up on plain white copy paper. The body of the paper is crooked, no signature, and no original letter head. it looks like they copeid the letter head onto the plain white paper using a fax machine, as the top of the paper has the fax transmissions on it. What do I do? Are they trying to fool Me?

i need help with student loan payments, i am not yet in default and still in my grace period. i have $10000.00 in student loan from wells Fargo and $15000.00 that was sold to the department of education($10500.00, $4500.00). i am struggling to pay my other bills and i have other obligations that will make it unable to pay my monthly payments if i dont make the necessary preparations now. my monthly payments are $123.05 and $52.85).

I had 3 payday loans with Avantis Financial Loan 400 paid $692.80 paid off with fees and paydowns Loan 500 paid $866.00 paid off with fees and paydowns Loan $300 I have not paid anything on this yet. After reading all the posts I realized they were illegal and I was only repsonsible for the principle. I sent them a ACH Letter revoking any debits from my checking and along with a cease and desist letter. They called my job and was told they were not allowed to call anymore.
