Hello, I was hoping I could get some advice on how to handle my current situation. Recently, I received some rude voice messages from someone at Niagara Credit Solutions. I never could understand her name. The first call was on my cell phone and she told me she was an auditor and I needed to call her immediately. There was also a message on my home phone and she even called my husband's cell phone. I have no idea how they got his number. Both of those messages were also rude and demanded I call immediately.

Can anyone tell me (for sure) if all internet payday loans are illegal in KY

Also I had an account with Rewardzone Mastercard (HSBC) that had a balance of $812.46. The account was given to Tate & Kirlin Associates.

I live in Maryland and I took out 3 payday loans via the internet in June 2008.. $300-pack mgmt (90 finance charge) taken out june 2008 $300-jhs marketing (90 finance charge) taken out june 2008 $300 djr group llc (90 finance charge) taken out june 2008 according to the websites, each loan allows for 3 extensions after which the loans will begin to be paid down in $50 increments, however the companies have been debiting $90 for each of the loans...since JUNE 2008!!

i owe a small amount, just below 1k to a credit card company. going to be buying a car in oct. i have been making close to min payments for years. if i were to pay off the balance by the end of sept would that improve my credit/credit score?

I have written before. I had like 4 of these companies send me funds I didn't require for $150. Two that I didn't request have sent my accounts to collection agencies. What happens now? what do I do? hi, i need some advice on how to go about this one. i am currently in the process of filing bk, one of my payday loans with cash one i defaluted on 7/17 started leaving messages about how they are filing the paperwork to start legal process, said they are going for either wage garnishment or civil judgment. i owe them like 350.00. do you think they are blowing smoke or are they acually going to go through with it. i know as soon as i get my case # for the bk there is nothing they can do. but if they do go through how much time do you think i have before there is a set court date?

Hello, I've been looking into the posts for help on an issue... I have a payday loan with a store front, The Cash Store. They have signs posted all over the store stating that they are a CFSA member. My loan is due for payment on 8/31. I cannot pay. I called to ask for an EPP, which will buy me a little more time and allow me time to come up with money (garage sale, eBay, etc.). I called several locations and spoke with a regional manager. No one has heard of an Extended Payment Plan. I keep being told that I need to come in an make my regular payment.

First I want to say that any bank who charges fees for accounts being dormant are crooks and should not be allowed. I was wondering if anyone can help me. My husband opened a bank account with wachovia a few years ago to use while he was deployed (on ship) separate from our joint checking account. He has not used it since that deployment. It's been over a year. Until Feb of 2009 he had a balance of approx 20 dollars in the account because we never used it. In February the account started accruing fees of 5 dollars a month. I had no idea this was happening.
