Hello,
I can't close my account right now because of the rent check out and my direct deposit coming in, but I also can't afford for CastlePayday to debit from my account.
I know everything needs to be in writing so I contacted Chase customer service and cited the law and told them I wanted ACH revoked. I asked them for confirmation that they recieved my request.
This is how they responded:
