Does anyone have the address for Instantwages.com?

I received a letter from a creditor yesterday saying that I did not pay and that they were going to take further action. Long story short, I did pay, the payment is posted on my account as of July 27th. We had the bank on the phone way and the bank told them that. Even after that happened they kept calling me a liar and when I said I wanted to file a complaint, the lady started yelling at me, yes, yelling, saying that how was I going to complain for a debt that I have since March (payday loan) and I told her the debt had been paid.

I live in the state of TN and I took out 2 PDL from: Outbackbucks.com-300 paid over 1100.00 and still attempting to take out more. I cant even find this company anymore. It looks like they went out of business. Getecash.com-400 paid over 1250.00 and still truing to take more. I have contacted my bank and they have closed my old account and opened me up a new account. I have also sent these companies letters using the templates on this site and files disputes through my bank. What else can I do to recieve a refund for all of the overpaid interest.

I am working (slowly) to pay off my internet pdls (illegal or not, I am trying to pay off the principal and fees and tackling them one at a time); I've paid off two so far and have three more to go. In addition to the internet pdls, I have two loans from Check 'n Go and Advance America. I expect to pay off the Advance America loan in full at the next payday. The Check 'n Go loan, however, is providing a bit more difficult. When I called Check 'n Go, the person stated that Ohio does not offer EPPS and that I would need to refinanace my loan.

Hi I currently have 4 payday loans all done online The oldest is Intergrity Advance the original was $500.00, I have made biweekly payments of $150.00 (interest only) for three times, and recently made a payment of $200. for a total of $650.00 Ameriloan is $200, and I made one interest only payment of $60.00. PDL ventures is $300, and I made one interest only payment of $90. Zip19.com and they will take the $239.94 owed on the 14th. I've been reading the posts and am concern about ameriloan and pdlventures. This all borrowing made my finiacial situation must worse than when I borrowed.

Backstory first, Capital One charged off my credit card in 2006 with a balance of about $1900. Javitch, Block & Rathbone sends me a collection letter wanting to collect $3600. I fire off a DV letter and they respond with some old statements (which I have been told in the past is proof enough). Now that they validated, I want to settle but need a good letter to send to them. I've never been very good with words so where can I find a good template letter to send them. Pretty much I want to settle and guarantee they won't move the remaining balance to another CA or sue me for the rest.

I have followed all the information here and did pretty well - got a couple of PIF's and most of the others have just left me alone. Well I did all that at the beginning of May. Today, my supervisor got a call regarding me from Lewis & Shapiro, saying that they were going to file a civil suit and fraud charges. I called them back and the guy that I spoke with got very belligerent when I said that they could not collect on an illegal loan, and that they should stop calling my place of work. SO! I'm extremely pregnant (going to go any day now) so bare with me. The lovely "law" offices of Valentine and Kerbatas got a hold of me back in May. After threatening me and being the dastardly, self-righteous little punks that they are talked me into a payment plan to pay off a credit card through Chase.
