How do I find out the amount of the dues that were sent over to you?

Quick Question for y'all! I had a message left on my office answering machine, telling me to call back a number. I called the number and a automated voice said this is Verizon's Confernce Call Center and to join a meeting, dial the ext. Could a payday lender call me on confernce call at MY JOB???? My answering machine cut off the first half of the message.

I lost my case as a defendant against (JDB) collection agency for a credit card debt in court. (Colorado Court, Pro se defendant, within SOL, complaint answered along with affirmative defenses...) Although I lost my battle in court I feel better having tried my best. Here is a portion of the "ORDER" served to me by the judge after my trial.

I got a call from Jess Jackson last week about a case in Amanda Houser's office. The case turns out was an old credit card, he said that they were going to file a suit if i did not pay "voluntarily". I told him i would call him back friday when i got paid, and he said no, i had to give him my checking info to hold it until friday and i toldhim i would cal lhim back. Yesterday a SHERRIF came to myu job looking for me, tryng to serve me with paper work?? My whole job thought i was going to jail...this really doesn't look good because I work account payables at a manufacturing company!!

I have approx $50K in unsecured debt. Where can I get the names of debt settlement companies and their ratings?

I have 6 payday loans. I took one out for an emergency, and then another to pay for the bills while I payed for the first one, and then.....you get the idea. They are horrible. I intended on paying them back, but after rolling them over 4 times, it has come time to pay the remaining principle on each one. I have paid the face value of these loans two-fold, and am now scheduled to have nearly $800 withdrawn from my checking account. That is more then my paycheck.
