I don't know what to do or how to stop this Nelson Watson and associtates in Austin, tx has been calling my home for a year or so now for my daughter. She has not lived in my home in the past ten years. Adam one of the callers for nelson watson and associates was so rude to me. He asked why I didn't give her their messiages and why I wasn't working using phrase like you people. I've worked and paid my bill for the last 30 years. THis is not my problem. How can I get these harrassing call to stop coming to my home.

If I sent a production of documents and the other side doesn't respond can I ask for a dismissal from court. Also can I ask for a dismissal before court?

My fiance passed away a year ago and I have possession of his car. There are no leins or loans against the car. I have a gift afidavit from his mother, gifting the car to me, however, we cannot find the title. His brother is being a jerk and won't go to the courthouse and apply for a new title.
