are they the same?

I have to do this by Friday, as I get paid on Friday (by direct deposit) & I will have over $1,000 in payday loans that will be taken out of my account!!!! I've already spoken with Langhorne Debt Solutions, LLC, and they're saying the first step is to contact my bank & put a ACH freeze on my account. But what happens to my direct deposit??? I set up a savings account to start payments to Langhorne, but I can't stop the direct deposit from happening on Friday!!! HELP, PLEASE!!! :?

Please help, I've been reading up on this forum and noticed that some or most of these PDL are illegal. My husband and I both got one. Mine was through City view cash for 325. I ended up paying them 500 before I blocked them out of my checking acct. Now they email me saying I owe 575?!?! But main problem is the one my husband got for GR Enteprises 12 (this is how it shows on the checking acct) His loan was for 325 and we have paid almost 600 to date! They keep saying that they can make him refinance and just pay his interest of 98.50 every time!

I have searched them but cannot seem to find a valid and good email address for them, got my other ones, this is the only one left....anybody have an email address for them?

I have been receiving some weird calls lately, the people all sound the same but they always give different numbers and different company names, One called himself senior officer Robin Jims and told me he was from the United Loan legal investigations department and told me that my social security number was blocked and that my place of residence was being investigated and that someone was going to come for me and arrest me, i know some people have had trouble with this in the past over payday loans, and i wont lie i do owe a payday loan company money but they had agreed to work with me as soon

I live in Missouri and owe the following payday loans: United Cash Loans - orig. amt. $500.00 – amount paid so far $240.00 – another $120.00 being paid on 7/17/09 PayDayMax – orig. amt. $370.00 - pd so far $61.51 - another $68.89 being paid on 7/17/09 US Fast Cash – orig. amt. $500.00 – pd so far $120.00 – another $120.00 being paid on 7/17/09 My Money Partner – orig. amt. $500.00 – pd so far $132.14 – another $107.14 being paid on 7/17/09 Are these companies all legal? I use Bank of America.

If you close your banking account and open a new one at the same bank, is it possible for the PDL to find out your new account info and debit your account?

I have an unpaid collection on my account where a doctor did not bill my insurance in the time frame required for insurance to pay. They waited two years and then wanted me to pay, which I refused. They listed it on my credit report as date opened 10/2003 and date reported as sometime in 2007. Which one of these dates does the seven years go by before it drops off of my report?
