i am very interested in consolidating my pay day loans. I have 6. is it hard to get approved? i do not have good credit at this time but I am pay approx. $600 a month on these loans. I got trapped due to my husband injured and out of work

If I owe the payday loan place $1000, could I just get a loan through my bank, if I'm approved, and pay it off. Wouldn't the bank's loan have lower interest and lower monthly payments?

I currently have a good credit score. I want to get rid of my credit card debt of about $12,000. I pay on time each month sending more than the minimum payment, but it just seems like it's not budging! I've even tired paying my minimum online, then sending a check with extra and "apply to principal balance only" in the memo line. I'm frustrated! I do not use my cards anymore either. I wish I had a better occupation, "salary wise" - being a public school teacher with a governor that just took a half percent of our total salary out of our final check doesn't help!

Does anyone if Texas has an SOL?

Does anyone know if there is an SOL in Texas, and if so, what it is? If there is one, I need to notify a CA that they are past the SOL even though they tried to change the date. What letter do i send?

MY SALARY NOT AMPALE TO MANAGE PROPARLY

I was sued by Goldman & Warshaw, unfortunately at the time I did not know my rights, scared I did nothing. Well after a default judgement was issued last year, they took all the monies from my bank account. I called them and they informed me that they could make payment arrangements or garnish my wages, being financially crippled - I agreed to the payment agreement. A Mr. Heller told me that I owed 10,000 & I said to him that there's no way I could owe that because I didn't even have a credit limit of 10k, he replied well maybe it's interest.

i recieved some money in my checking and i was wondering if it was from you guys?

So I went to court with a family member today for a pretrial with the infamous Javitch, Rathbone and Block. All they had to do was call the Judge's chambers @ 9:15am. My family member stated that this debt wasn't theirs and went as far as to contact the State Attorney General. JRB sent her a form to fill out stating that she had never taken out the credit card or used it, and in the meantime I filed the proper papers for this case to go to court. We show up at court today and the clerk told us the case was canceled.

I got a call from a CA. I requested written dunning letter. They said they mailed it and gave an address....not my address. So, I gave them right address and they mailed me a letter 2 weeks ago. When can they contact me by phone again regarding this? I have just now gotten my debt validation letter finished and ready to send via USPS return reciept. I just got another call from them this morning telling me that I had to call them back today!
