Hi I bought a house using FHA loan couple years ago and already paid off now i want to buy another one, will I get approve for FHA? for the second time

Watch for these phone numbers....321-248-4100, 713-893-3869, 877-382-4357, 866-331-3122 All are associated with different collection agencies. Or, a few possibly connected together. These people should NEVER GET ANY INFO...and never any money either. Wether you owe or not. They HAVE to provide physical evidence of monies owed. If they do not..it is simple...you do not owe. They CANNOT threaten you with arrest or violence or court. Trust me, they have done that with me...I am still here. The best thing to do is ignore the calls...or do not call them back. And complain to the FTC.

I have received an ordre to attend a pretrial conference. Can somebody tell me what happens in these conferences and who all will be there? Will it be a public thing or what?

Hello, Say..First Bank of Delaware does NOT have a license for Money Lending in South Dakota. Are they Illegal or not?? Reason I ask is that I have an installment loan with Think Cash..which is basically ran by First Bank of Delaware. It clearly states on the Division of Banking page for South dakota that even though a company doesn't need a physical presence to loan money..they need a license. Should I inquire to First Bank of Delaware about this or what? Thanks.

Hi, I was served papers about a week ago, to appear in court, for a credit card that hasnt been paid on in about a year, but it started out as as 300.00 credit card and now they want nothing lower than 800.00. If I want to set up a payment plan on that they said it would go up 1000.00, Help!!!

I was just curious how the process of a judgement works? I live in Texas and have some PDL's I have defaulted on. Not that I don't intend to pay...I just can't right now. The main PDL company contacting me now is CashNet USA which is threatning legal action if they don't hear back from me supposedly by tomorrow, that's what the lady told my husband. Several weeks ago I had a message on my answering machine from the same lady (Emily) saying that if she didn't hear back from me by noon the next day she would be filing with an attorney or some crap.

Hello, After reading some of the blogs about Together Cash..I wrote them at customer service @ togethercash.com and told them how Illegal they are. I was getting 2 or 3 phone calls a day because I stopped payment a couple of weeks ago. Ever since I wrote them that e-mail...I received an e-mail back with a mailing address with some PO box in Montana. I have not had a call since. I was going to send in the principal balance of what I owe but I'm not exactly sure what that is. Should I wait for them to make the next move??
