Has anyone heard of this company? Their program is amazing if it really works.

I owe $200,000 in unsecured debt. My company closed and now I only make $60,000 per year. Is there any hope for me or do I have to file BK? I could probably borrow $30-40,000 from family if the lenders would settle this low. Any advice?

Hello, my debt is excessive from law school. I owe approximately 100,000. What the private loan is asking for monthly, I just can't do. I am being garnished and I am ready to give up fully! Please help me. I can't find sound answers from anyone including the creditors als to helping me fairly pay my loan debt. I don't want to be delinquent, but I also need to contribute to my household. Thank you for any assistance. Before I fill in the rest of this I just want to know if 1st you can help someone with private loans in garnishment.

When a internet payday loan (DiscountAdvance.com)checks this data base can they see or access all my bank or Credit Union accounts & numbers?

My credit score went from 703 to 610 right after i missed 2 mortgage payments in a row.. I am wondering if i stop paying on my credit cards and wait for them to send me something to settle for less in the mail and i actually settle with them will that make my credit worse off then it is already is?

I have 8 payday loans outstanding - but 4 are legit and to be paid off on my next 2 checks (1 PIF this coming check and the other 3 PIF on the following check). but for the rest, I suspect are not legit for CA and would like to consolidate so I can catch up on my rent. I've seen several companies advertised as "payday loan consolidation" companies but I don't know if these firms are legit or if they really do as advertised. any advise would be helpful ?

I have 4 CSO loans. Does the finance fees that i have paid go toward the balance due? ex: Ace Cash 1206.29 paid 206.29, 203.55. Please let me know.
