Is there any impact on a BOA HELOC account if you settle BOA credit cards? Other than BOA just not making you have access to the HELOC anymore?

I won in arbitration with Lvnv because they had no evidence, On June 25, 2009. I received the papers today. But they can appeal. In someones qpinion how likly is that and how much time do I have.

200cash. 150.00 i don't know 19.00 app fee and then this charege for 49.95 to Extreme Benefits. 19.00 app fee ca I need to know if this Extreme Benefits is a part of 200cash?

I'm on a processed removal by the U.S goverment, waiting on a court date since Feb.2009 have not been allowed to work since, payed all my bills thus far untill now Jun.2009. I'm broke! I have 3 credit cards and a car loan? really don't want to leave debt behind what can Ido? the currency difference in my country is outragous and will never be able to afford the payments, I love the states been here 5 years now had such a well paying good job.

Are these the same co.? I have a loan thru 200cash.com and my acct has been debited from Extreme benefits...I cant find anything about them anywhere. who are these people?

I got a PDL from 200cash.com for 150.00, I have an ACH for 19.00 which id the app fee, then there is a 49.95 check from Extreme Benefits drawn against my acct. I dont know who extreme benefits is...now I am afraid I have gotten really scammed and all for 150.00 what do I do? I have no clue.

I live in AZ...I make about 25000 a year and I have CC debt in the amount of about 30-35000...none of my debt has been paid in the past three years...I recently was served a summons for one BOA CC for 15000...I'm thinking of filing for bankruptcy, but would like a few questions answered: 1) I rent an apartment, am I legally required to notify my landlord that I have filed for bankruptcy...if so, can my landlord end my lease and evict me? 2) Am I legally required to notify my employer?

Have an account with Bank of America, balance is 30K and settled for 30%. In the beginning of the settlement, I made a couple payments however within the past 4 months haven't been able to make any. I bounced one check. I spoke to the account manager and he told me that it would charge off tommorow if I didn't come up with a minimum payment of $2K. I told him that there was no way I could come up with the payment, BUT I will have the settlement amount in full by the end of next week.

If a collection agency sends you a letter in the mail offering you a discounted payment, should you take it? Example.....owing a phone company 66.16 they send you a letter offering to settle the account for 16.54 If I do take that, how does it show up on the credit report and everything?
