Do you have a mailing address for this collection company?

i need to find out if payday-loan-yes is a legal lender in maryland. i have been getting harrassing calls from them at my job, and today i got one saying that i have a court hearing on tuesday. i'm not sure what i should do.

I keep getting phone calls and text messages from 206-553-0963 saying in all caps PLEASE CALL. When I call, I get a recording saying the phone has been disconnected. I tried to google the number and it came up with nothing. Does anyone know what business this number is associated with?

I got a call from a guy with a very thick indian accent who said he worked for Financial Accountability Association. I was being sued by Federal Legislation of Unsecured Loans for $8-9000 due to a check advance loan for $850.40 1. Violation of Banking practices 2. Collateral Theft 3. Theft by Deception Said his client was not interested in settling the debt but would rather sue. he needed my attorney's phone and name. He asked me to confirm my SSN which I refused to do.

I have about 7 credit cards that I have had for several years, which have all been closed. They were closed by a debt management program, but I got dropped from that program because i lost my job. I have been late sometimes with making the monthly payments, but for the last couple of months, I TRIED to be on time. (I still don't have a job right now).

My wife used my insurance card to go to the er and i had no coverage now 5 years later the hospital put a 5k collection on my credit. can I have this removed being that the service was performed on her not me.

Has anyone worked with Langhorne Debt Solutions for help getting out of the payday loan nightmare. They don't have a BBB recommendation, but there have not been any complaints filed with BBB either. (found them via goggle for PDL help)

Have a CC company willing to do 12months 0% interest but I have to give them account info for them to set up the payments. Not sure if I want to do this. I suppose my fear is what if I am unable to continue to pay cna they still withdraw funds from my account. I am going to try to convince them to keep sending regular bills and I will continue to pay that way. Any thoughts???
