My husband and I took out internet loans about 2 months ago. our account got jacked up by them and is now closed by the bank and the we owe 1500 in NS F fees alone. We are paying back a company called VCunding, and together cash, together cash is asking for a payback o 580.00 the original loan was 300.0 VC Funding just wants the origianal principal plus 50 bucks. I still have several companies calling several times a day From God knows where leaving threating voice mails from their legal dept. WHAT DO I DO? I live in AZ.

I'm trying to build my credit for home purchase next year. Here's my dilemma: -I have one major negative on my report. It was charged off 3 years ago, about 5500 dollars. (yeah thats horrible, but its paid off now) -I have 2 other negatives both paid. -Over the past year I've got 2 department store CC, both 300 limits. A secured CC from my bank of 1000 and recently got appoved for a mastercard of 1500. All are paid on time no balance. So I'm slowly working my way up the credit score ladder. A year ago I would never been appoved for 1500 dollar limit.

i have a 500 medical debt form 2006. they validated it in march. i need it off my reports completely and was wondering if i can negotiate less then 100% payment for full deletion of record. any one with advice? 'much appreciated.

What Bob Lindsey does have is a SCAM operation where he receives payment from his customers and then has no way to service them. Hello everyone: This forum is an incredible source of information. I am in the process of dealing with several payday companies. I believe they are all illegal and I have overpaid some of them. I would love to get help/advice with each company. Below are details about how much I've borrowed, paid back, etc. I also have a couple of questions: 1. When determining if I have overpaid a company, do I only look at the most recent loan? For example, let's say I took out a $300 loan from an illegal company, it rolled over a couple of times at $90 each, then paid it off at $390.

My son's car was repossed and now he has a bill for taxes on the repo. What can he do? If he could not afford the car ,how do they expect him to pay this tax?

I sent out my C & D letters weeks ago. The only response I have received was an e-mail from e-payday-loan saying that if they are illegal then give them their money back. I could pay with debit/credit card of Western Union. I sent a reply back saying something tot he lines of "As stated in my previous letter, I will only be paying with MO via USPS. Please provide an address" and NO RESPONSE. The others have called me, but I think it was just standard collection calls. They called while I was at work and left messages on my cell.
