In 2000 I purchased a 2 yr old mini van after bankruptcy & divorce, so the interest was high. 1 yr later I lost my job & my ex was ill & could not work or pay child support. I fell behind & and the car started breaking down every 3-5 months. I struggled to keep this car, but eventually it broke down for good, needing a 5K repair, while I still owed nearly 6K on it. After months of struggling to pay what I could Fairlane Credit agreed to accept $2,000 as payment in full.

Hi I have only two Judgment from Palisades Collection, However its show 3 judgment on my Experian report. I disputed EX they said its belong to me. What should i do?

After 2 years of hearing nothing and no answers to any of our letters from Pay Day Yes. We received a phone cal from Check & Credit Services LLC saying that they were filing a summons for a 200.00 balance we owe. They also contacted my wifes employer who was aware of what had happened in the past and told her that she may be summons to testify. WTF?? Does anyone know anything about these people??

i have a 500 medical debt form 2006. they validated it in march. i need it off my reports completely and was wondering if i can negotiate less then 100% payment for full deletion of record. any one with advice? 'much appreciated.

Hi, I'm Robin and can no longer sleep at night. I've had numerous surgeries in the past three years and my medical bills keep piling up. I had to have a procedure done so I thought I would just get a payday loan and pay for it then pay it back.

I started down the road to Payday Loan Hell in April---one loan led to another, led to another, led to another. Now I can't afford to pay them and I'm afraid I'm going to lose my job, have no place to live, etc. I haven't defaulted yet, but I closed my bank account and the crap is going to hit the proverbial fan next week. I'm scared and stressed and I want it to all just go away!!!
