My state is Colorado. At trial the judge told both parties that they have until Friday to sumit case law and statutes to support their case. I submitted a couple of case laws along with a few statutes. I Included with my case law submittal an attached a copy of 2 different credit report entries from 2 of the other credit reporting agencies.

Debt settlement is a method to help reduce your debts where the creditor and the debtor both agree on a repayment balance. The new payment balance will be used to consider the debt as paid in full. The debtor must consider that if he or she is making the minimum payments then the creditor is not obligated to negotiate a reduced balance.

I took out a payday loan with Cash Supply on 2/12/2009 for 500.00 (I live in the state of AZ). Since then I have repaid 1080.00 and they deduct anywhere from 150-200 every 2 weeks from my checking account. What do I do to stop this?

I've had 2 loans with PDL (High country...whatever they are calling themselves today) feb. 13 300 DEP 9-Apr 350 DEP feb. 27 90 30-Apr 105 13-Mar 390 15-May 105 Shold I put in my letter I legally owe them 140.00 (350-210) or that they owe me because of the overpayment on the 1st loan I had with them? I don't want to make a mistake...Want to follow letter of law but this makes a BIG difference on another lender I've had multiple loans with over a year. I feel SICk saying this....I've had 7 loans with Ameriloan over a few years.

Does anybody know who this is and a telephone number to call them because i did not request a loan with them???

Hi All, I have some questions and/or need some advice. (and encouragement probably). Here is my story: My husband is in a Chapter 13 plan. He just marked the two year mark in March. It's a 10% plan and pretty much all we could afford due to arreage on our mortgage. We struggle, but we get by. Until recently. He has started bringing home about 70 dollars less per week - which over a month really can add up. We also had a loan modification on our first mortgage.

Recently, I was contacted by a collection agency trying to collect a debt from 14 years ago( A bad time). All my accounts are in good standing for the past 10 years , up to date, and I have a score over 700. is there a limitation as to how long someone has the right to collect a debt? can this impact my credit score?
