I need to know more information on Urgent Cash Advance. I haven't heard from them in almost a year and just received a phone call at work (and not on my personal phone). Are they legal and licensed? I live in ARIZONA. I know the state laws here as well but before I fight or complain, I want to be sure I'm educated.

Question:what do I do now?

I have to go to a summary judgement hearing that one of my creditors has initiated against me and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this?

I have several payday loans and from the following companies, I have been paying on these things which feels like forever. I recently fell into hardship and stop paying on them. Companies, I have loans through are all internet companies such as Outback Bucks, Midland Financial, JD Marketing, sps processing, Ashland Funding, b & l Marketing, summit group and star cash processing.

I have 4 online loans. Cashtransfers.com, loan shop online, and Jet Lending. Has anyone dealt with them. I live in ohio are they licensed here. I tried to make payment plans and no one will contact me back. And they have blocked me from logging onto their site.

In October I will default on my cards (most likely). Will it make a difference on my wife's credit if I take her off as a secondary on my accounts? Thanks

Yes Equifax. I called them and asked if I could put a freeze on my report so no one could look at it. They said sure for $2 it will make it so no one at all can look at it unless I give them permission. Ok, pay over the phone with my bank card. Luckily my online bank account updates almost in real time. While I'm on the phone I see the $2, two seperate $1 charges and a $12.95 charge. So I asked this funny speaking SOB whats the $12.95 all about. She said she can't access the information that tells her what it is for.

If you have a payday loan with this company - used to be TJF or Bahamas Mktg. group and they have taken continual extensions on your loan OVER what you initially owed as re-payment, call them at 866-584-3418! They will as a "courtesy" consider your loan "paid in full." Basically, they can't take extensions out over a substantial time period if the loan amt. is paid off through the amt. of extensions they've pulled from your bank account. Good luck!
