Hi, I recently sent my letter asking the CA to collaborate in the deletion of the charged off records in return of full payment of debts. The 30 day limit are almost approcahing since they sent out their first notification. As a result, i am wandering if this letter can delay or nullify the effect of 30 day rule in the collection of debts. If this will not help, should i need to talk to CA agents and negotiate it? I really want to have a paper proof, and i am concerned of CA not giving out the option of paper contract that tells me about the deletion of the records in Credit report. thanks.

I know I have talked about the subject of cashcall and payoff often. But I have the cash to pay off in full. YEAH!!! I need to know the best way to do this so they dont bother me after. Should I just set up a pay in full for June 1st? I have noticed, with other extra payments, that it pends for a couple days after clearing the bank. Dont want to run into any problems. Plan on closing account after PIF and falling off face of earth, to them. Any advice will be apprecieated. Thank you!

I SEE THAT PAYDAY INTERNET LOANS ARE NOT LEGAL IN KENTUCKY. i HAVE SEVERAL. WHAT ARE STEPS FOR STOPPING THEM. I HAVE PAID TONS OF MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. SHOULD YOU TALK TO THEM ON THE PHONE?

I have a student loan that defaulted and the CA began garnishing last summer. There is now just a small balance left. If I pay the remaining balance outside of the garnishment, will that restore my eligibilty for financial aid. I have been paying my current tuition out of pocket, but that isn't feasible for grad school. Thanks.

we signed up for a free credit report from experian on their website. it said if we don't cancel within 9 days, we will be billed 14.95 a month until we cancel. BUT they don't tell us how to cancel. And there is nothing on their website to assist us. Do you know how to cancel. Our 9 days is running out.

Can someone please tell me the best place to go on the Internet to get all 3 credit scores? Iam assuming that FICO is the most accurate. Thanks, your help is appreciated! Kelly

i took out a 300 loan with sandpoint capital in december. last month i closed my bank acct and opened a new one. yesterday i got a phone call from a ca. this guy said their company will not accept payments and refused to send documentation. I then requested him to fax or email his company's info. he said hang on and another dude gets on the phone. He said they sent documentation in the mail but they have my wrong mailing address! i tried to explain this on the phone but he kept interrupting me. i promptly emailed and faxed a c&d letter to them.

What are the addresses to for the following banks to send hardship letters? Bank of America Chase Citibank AT & T Kohls Sears card Juniper Capital one. Thanks.

I have read and read the posts about debt settlement companies that I do not know which to choose. Too many people are trashing each other and companies. Who out there is HONEST enough to say, it really worked for me, no problems. I am not concerned about BBB ratings of F because they give all debt settlement companies F.
