I too received a pre-approval notice from New Day, I need to consolidate, but not sure where to turn.

First of all I thought I was the only one going thru this hell with payday loans but after coming across this site I have realized I am not alone. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how to deal with my payday loan nightmare. Here is what I have that I could remember: Paycheck Today: 455.00 One Click Cash: 325.00 Discount Advances: 675.00 CashTransferCenters: 657.90 Speedy Cash: 315.00 United Cash Loans: 480.00 Eastside Lenders: 325.00 There are a couple of others but I can't find out the amount owed but will continue to look.

Can a repayment plan be done on installment loans. I live in Illinois and the storefronts are legal (I have 2 storefronts and one online installment loan)? Any advise is appreciated. Thanks

I recently made settlement payments to 7 accounts. All of which have been sent to collection agencies. I paid the collection agencies an agreed settlement amounts One credit bureau is for the most part correct except for one account which shows a balance. It should not be there because it was settled. This account is read the same on all three bureau's but two bureau's have more than one account wrong. They show balances and do not show they have been settled. . Here is the question I have.

Hello. I've been getting calls on my cellphone from Superior Asset Management regarding a collection towards my wife. I've been ignoring them since my wife said she doesn't have any debts, and I thought it was one of those scams. But now I see on her credit report that the debt is there too and went to collection. We are currently trying to get a refinance on our auto loan, but we were denied because of that collection against her.

I've racked up a problem with paydaymax, a lender who i should've done a bit more due diligence on, as I've navigated the forums and found that they are quite illegal. Heres my situation- 4 loans totaling 2330 in principal one 700 dollar loan outstanding, owe 900, have paid 432 in extensions. Not counting the 900 i anticipate forking over two weeks from now, i've already paid PDM 3632.96 in total for the 2330 lent.

Hi. I had a collection on my credit history from an account from 2004. I recently disputed it as being too old and so far two of the credit bureaus have deleted it. Still waiting on TransUnion. If all three credit bureaus delete the item, what's stopping the collection agency from reporting the item again. Is it possible for collection agency to report it as collection after all three bureaus could not verify the item and deleted it. Thanks

I was wanting to know if anyone could help me out with this. I got into debt wit other ... I could settle my debt with them and make payment arrangements if possible. Please help!

I took a loan out for $250.00 from 500 Fast Cash. That was last year and I had made payments to them last year AND this year. I have already sent my cease and desist letter stating they cannot call me and that all communication must be made via email OR USPS. I emailed them SEVERAL times requesting information on my account, like $$ borrowed, total payments made and balance due. This year along I've piad back principle plus $70. THIS YEAR ALONE. This means last years payments also exceed more than the principle and I am due a refund.
