I was just wondering if internet payday loans were legal in Arkansas. I looked at Arkansas law on payday loans and it said legal (applies to check cashers only). I live in mo loans w/ advance america 500 kwik kash 500 ezmoney 500 all store locations i get about 10 calls a day from the same 3 toll free numbers but today a call came thru private and the guy stated he got my case and theres a summons for me but didnt leave name or a call back number can you go to jail over this im really worried any info will be thankfull some numbers that do call 620-665-6032 800-660-5542 866-346-0996 512-326-7900 do they ever stop calling and when you do try to make arrangements they want it there way only can someone please guide me w/ info thxxx so much

I am in over my head with payday loans in Missouri. Does anyone know if Commerce bank will allow me to block ach debits and set up a new account while I get this straighten out? I am scared and feel hopeless.

ok i had an account go to collections..then to court..i lost and now have a judgement. how long does this stay on cf? original account has to be deleted @ 7ys or so, does the collection account and judgement also have to be deleted at 7 years after DOFD? does all info pertaining to account have to be deleted at same time?

what happns if my charge cards get charged off and i don't pay them? is there a reason why i should pay em? i don't have a job, house, or any other asset for a ca to attack not even a bank account...why shoud i pay if this has already screwed up my credit score for 7plus years?? will they throw me in jail or something if i son't pay up?
