Some of my good credit is missing on my my Experian credit report that is being reported on other the credit reports. Is it worth reporting this credit? Will it bring my score up?

Can anybody give me an e-mail address of Credit Protection Depot? If possible somebody from corporate...or the legal department. THey are threatening to ignore my ACH revocation and I am desperate. I know it is possible to obtain a PIF from them and I just need my e-mail to get to the right person. Please help!

i recently had a judgement against me vacated. will this automatically just be removed from my credit report? the clerk of courts, said it will remain on my file..wth??? will i still have a judgement on my file?

i have not recieved an initial letter of contact from a ca. i found them on my cr a month ago. i sent dv letter crrm. a little over a month later, i got a letter that stated oc, amount, account#, ca account #, copy of old lease and that was it! Is that debt validation? the ca also, updated there info on my cf before they sent me verification of the debt. can they do that? is this legal debt validation?

Does anyone know if Zip 19, who I know is part of the Norway company out of Malta, do they have a U.S. Address as well. I am filing bankruptcy and need to know what address to put down for that purpose.Also, I just defaulted with Zip 19.com a couple days ago and have not heard from them yet. They have not tried contacting me yet as far as I can tell. How long do they wait to try to do anything through payroll? Do they first try to neogotiate for a couple of months? I wonder because I am filing my B.K.

BofA quit calling me daily (multiple times daily). Left me a message (voicemail) saying I had an offer waiting with a phone number and extension number to call back. Should I call? Does this mean they are getting ready to send it to the collections department or a third party debt collector? The cards are ONLY 90 days past due!

To start out, I've read the post of another person who was sued by MF, LLC (hey, I like that set of initials, describes them quite nicely :) ) in the state of Wisconsin. Here's the order of events of what happened for me: 1. Got a letter from a really scamy looking "arbitrator" wanting me to sign "limited power of attorney" over to them (Yeah, right.) Don't have the forms anymore as they went straight into the shredder. Looking back that may not have been the brightest idea I've had, should have stuck them in the safe for later use. This was for arbitration between me and MF, LLC.

Just got a letter from Encore Receivable Mgt Inc saying that my account was referred to them. This is in reference to my BofA credit card. My first missed payment with BofA was on 3/16/09. Now that I am with a Encore, can I start negociating a settlement? Or is it too soon? Do I negociate with Encore or BofA? If Encore is calling me, does this mean BofA charged off early? Just not sure what my next step is. I am mailing off my Debt Validation/Cease and Desist to Encore due to their bad rep.
