This is a rant about my old employer (hubby still works there) On Friday hubby came home from work and told me that starting the 18th everybody at work has to take a 5% pay cut :evil: And the insurance will increase 10% that same pay period. WTH!!! They already stopped matching for the 401K :evil: What next??? They said they have to do this or they will have to lay off 30% of the work force. But they can't do that, because then they will have to pay back the 1 million in grant money from the state because they won't be able to keep 750 full-time employees. Hmmmmm....

Hi, I am in Texas and have 9 payday loans all via the internet: PaydayMax $1067 Check N Go $1442 CashNet $1255 PayDayOne $1231 SpeedyCash $625 Arrowhead $520 MyCashCenter $390 Zip19 $360 CashDirectExpress $506 Amounts are principle and interest (fee). All are currently set to rollover again on 5/14.....this will literally take my entire check!! I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me??

Can you recommend any reputable banks or institutions that offer debt consolidation loans?

My question is whether this debt can be resolved without going to court. I cannot not afford an attorney as I am 76 years old and have a limited amount of income. I originally paid this debt through another bill collector however, I cannot at this time prove it. What else can I do?

Hi, I have been reading theses forums for the past week and decided i would just ask all of you for a more step by step walk though with what i have going on. I currently have 4 PDL' in default in South Carolina. Advance America 600.00 (on and off for over a year) Quik Cash 600.00 (on and off for over a year) A-Z 300.00 Carolina Payday Loans 300.00 (most recent) I recently stopped payment on all of these because i was falling completely behind on rent and utlities. Advance America offered me a EPP which is still to high at the present time because i need to play catch up with my utlities.

I am trying to make a payment over the phone with Sears and CitiCard, because, I changed my bank info on the Sears site and it won't let me place a payment for 6 business days and CitiCard because they said they felt there was fraudalent activity and replaced my card (which I activated). So I called both companies to make a payment over the phone and they wanted $14.95 for me to PAY THEM. Please Obama do something with these Credit Card companies, they are ripping off the American public and getting away with it.

I think this person is back. He/She has posted behind me in several threads with information that goes a long way back. Of course it could be someone different but the stayle is still the same even if a bit more agressive. I did delete some duplicate postings and edited out the rest.

Hi, I've owed £1,500 to my bank for an overdraft for some time as I haven't worked for awhile. My visa is soon expiring and I have to leave and am unable to pay it before I go. I do intend on paying it back over time as I hate the thought of loose ends but just can't do before I have to leave. Will I have any trouble just leaving the country owing this money? I don't want to tell the bank in case they ask for it to be paid back immediately, which they probably will as it has been owed for some time and I can't do right now.

i have had loans through CAN, Cash Advance Now, Cash Advance Network and Cash-Advance.us. Are they all the same company? i am going through my bank statements trying to see if any of them owe me a refund?
