Hi I will be signing my paper work next week then waiting for my hearing. Is it common practice for a bank (bofamerica) to make false statements about my account to try and get us to settle on a amount??? There is no truth to any of it and my statements prove this. My attorney feels they are just trying to blow smoke up my butt to get me to settle. What bothers me I am so upset with this whole thing to begin with and really feel like a failure to myself my family that I have to go this route. And then to have them bank of america accuse me of wrong doing.

I need some help, please..... Today, a process server came to my home. My TV was on and loud, also the window was slightly open, so when on the front porch...you could definitely hear the TV. This person was trying to serve paperwork to my husband. I muted the TV, which was obvious (stupid me), and did NOT go to the door. The blinds were closed, so there was NO WAY for anyone to see into my home. The process server pounded on the door for a long time. Then, stood patiently waiting for someone to open the door.

i just got my cr..noticied a ca for a co account..sent dv letter in april thirty days is up from the date of reciept(crrm)...ca did not send anything to validate this debt to me BUT they did update on cf..what should i do??? One more thing to note, this account was opened around 3/08. after i last checked my credit report, just found out this year about em..when does the 30 days to dispute a debt for validity begin? when they openned account, or when i found out? any help would be awesome...this is a jdb also.....

can someone explain to me what the difference between fico score vs trans union score vs experian score vs equifax score? Which one actually matters in terms of getting a morgage loan? Whats the best site to get all the scores? thanks..

whats the best way to raise my score? i don't have any unpaid collection accounts-all paid..my score is low and i want to buy another home..should i get a charge card?? what type of accounts (how many) should i have? i have one..

Be smart with you money, shop at Walmart, Sears-KMart, and use a credit card if you must from a reputable Community Bank or Credit Union. These Target people are a bunch of crooks

I just received my petition for chapter 13 and have a question. I have a personal loan that I secured with household goods and it is listed on my petition this way - does this mean that I will lose property up to the value of what I owe on the loan or should I consider reaffiming the loan to be able to keep the property ( which is a sofa, computer) .. Can someone help me with this question?? thanks so much
