i live in florida and arrowhead sent my loan to a so calle d law firm in fla to get 1150 from the original 350 they are saying the same thing about needing 550 now or else can they do that or sending it through the courts here in florida

Please can someone give me some advise ???? I have an outstanding payday loan with Check N Go online. I am in Missouri. They are not really willing to set up a payment plan, I set one with them according to their terms and made the first payment for $ 185.00. I still owe them $ 385.00 and they are wanting the money now. I cannot pay it, and I am scared to call them back. If I just ignore the calls and pay them in like a month and half when I can afford it, what will happen ? I have other loans out that I have reasonable payment plans set up on.

:( My nightmare with Route 66 is back...I paid my loan off with Route 66 in full in 2006 with the help of you great guys, along with a couple other payday loans thus taking me out of my hole. I also sent letter out to stop further harassment and I have been payday loan free for almost four year (I will never do it again).

I just called a number that my mother had call her looking for me i incountered a very rude person from H&P capital along with the operations manager he was very rude in telling me that i owed money and told me i need to grow a thicker layer of skin and not be so sensitive about how he was talking to

How likely is it that a creditor will Garnish your wages for failure to pay a credit card debt?

I found out that the irs is saying i owe them money from my 2006 taxs. they say i claimed one thing and a company i worked for as a contractor claimed i made something differnt. is there a templete letter here i can use to send this company to prove my pay? The thing is they kept my last 90 days of pay and never paid me but they are claiming it on my taxes. I have emails with the company with them saying they kept my last 90 days of pay but the irs said i should send them a letter asking for proof of what they turnned in. Any help would be great.

I am rather sure both companies are illegal and the one I don't believe is licensed at all. e-payday-loan.com out of UT is the one I'm rather sure is illegal and unlicensed. The other is midwestloancenter.com out of SD. Any info will be tremendous help as they are both threatening suits and garnishments.

I am wondering do people actually get any type of resolution or closure with these internet pdls or do they just "go away"? I have been trying to follow threads and it looks like some get PIF but the majority I am not able to find any closure. Which would actually be fine with me, I am just wondering what to expect. Mine are almost 3 weeks past due now and have sent them all letters. I am in TN so a couple of mine are legal. One said they would work out a payment plan and would get back to me in 2 days but have heard nothing and on the website it says my account is on hold.
