I remember filling out the card applications and putting down 90k as house hold income.. i really didnt make 90k it was a estimate as what i thought i would be making.. can the credit card companys get you in trouble for that? because its false info? also, I think i am going to go with supeior debt.

Ok i will try to make a long story short. My husband got a better paying job a year ago, but we had to move for him to take it. So we thought along time and decided it was for the best. We bought a house but could never sell the one we were in. 7 months later this great new job laid him off. We are lucky because right away he was able to call and get old job back. So we moved back into old home in old home town. He makes less money now so we cant make motgage payment on the house.

Hello, I am about to file bankruptcy and I know I had 3 or 4 PDL's and I only remember who 2 of them are. The bank account has been closed for a while now (not in good standings) and I dont have any of the old statements. Is there a report that I can pull to see who I owe in PDL world? I pulled my credit report and there not reporting. Thanks in advance....

Is this "60 Day Loans" a legit company? I can repay the payday loan within 60 days, that's not a problem, but I am afraid to give anyone my bank account information. They need it to do an auto deposit when you are qualified for the PDL, and presumably take money from that same account on agreed days to repay them. Do they abuse the bank account information and take more than agreed upon? Are there any online companies that you can trust? Are honorable and legit? Please reply ASAP I'm really in a bind!!! By the way, I'm in Washington state, if that matters. Thanks.

I graduated over twelve years ago from a US college with debts amounting to about 30,000. My financial situation was so precarious when I left college that I was crashing with friends here and there, and had no fixed address. Consequently, the loan people could not find me, and for my part, it felt like there was no point getting in touch because whatever they'd ask me to pay, I wouldn't be able to, so I chose the head-in-the-sand approach. Eventually, over time, I moved abroad, and things picked up, and now, finally I'm in a reasonable financial position.

I received a letter at my PO Box for my 65 year old disabled father (HE HAD 2 STROKES RECENTLY), it was from Midland. They had purchased one of his debts from another JDB and were threatning legal action against him. I sent them a DV letter on his behalf; what can I expect from them next?

I stopped paying my credit cards recently. The first missed payments were due on about 3/17/09. I have been flooded with phone calls from Chase, Discover, Citi, and BofA. I answer some and ignore the rest. I tell them the same story everytime....paycut, wife's on disability, new baby......and that mortgage and feeding my family is my priority right now.
