Please someone explain me how ace cash handles the debts that goes in collection. I have try to set up arrengments with them but what they asking me is unreal i cant pay what they asking me for....

I have 2 paydayloans that are in collections. I reside in NY. Can anyone help on how to stop them and to take this off my credit report.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone out there could offer a little help? I had a loan with USAPaydayloan.com and am trying to figure out the amount that I owe and if they are legal. The original amount of the loan was $300, with a $90 fee for a total of $390. I have paid one "fee" of $90, one payment of $50 and one payment of $70. They say the current balance is $270.00. When I log in on their website, it gives some info.

I'm completing the Schedule F form where you list your creditors. Do you list the collection agencies or just the original creditors or both? The reason I ask is if you list the collection agencies in addition to the original creditors, the amount it appears you owe is inflated because essentially you are listing the same debt twice, three or four times depending on how many times it was sold. Thoughts on this? Just curious.

Recently, I found out there's a garnishment on my bank account and it was levied. I was improperly served (because I'm currently overseas) and a default judgment was granted. I looked into fighting it and have been advised not to by several attorneys since it's a losing battle. I called the collection agency/attorney and agreed to pay the full amount. They wanted me to pay in money order, but that's not an option right now. My current overseas location will not allow wire transfers from person to company, only person to person. The collection agency agreed to let me pay by money order.

I would have deleted them, but I don't have moderating rights in that forum--I have them in every other forum. The trolls have come out to play, obviously, as there is one disgusting post about SoapLady there as well. FYI: I deleted the post in Student Loans....

i have a loan for 2300 at cashstore in denison tx planing on stoping payment on postdated check can they do anything legaly. (is that considered a hot check)

Hi - wondering if anyone has any ideas on this one - I had it posted under collection agencies and didn't get any solid answers - I took some business law classes in the early '80's so I'm sorry if I sound dumb - but there *used* to be such a thing as if someone was acting as if a contract were in place - then it made it legit - so ... I had set up a payment plan with Chase at end of last year for auto withdrawl from an account that I don't use (was planning to only put in what they could take out). After a couple of payments I called them because I needed more time that particular month.

when do i get money back (since you no longer helping me) take was taken out my bank account?
