Going to talk with Bank probably tomorrow..Anyone have any dealings with Capital One??

I recently was refused an apartment because they said my 'Renters Credit History was bad. How do I check it? I have looked at my credit reports and there is nothing listed. Do I have a right to comment to these reports or am I stuck?

does anyone know anything about 4moneyandmore. i live in mississippi.. I got a loan with them over the internet... are they licensed or not. I applied for a loan with them back in 08.. i got a email saying i was denied, but they depoisted money into my account and i didnt know about till it was to late...

What are the best ways to dispute the bad things? How can you have the bad accounts removed? Letter suggestions? Etc... Anything I can do to get these removed & improve my score.. Thank You! Kelly

Hello.. I am looking for information to help me achieve a few things. I have a few (several) questions. I am trying to clean up my credit report. Improve my credit score and remove the negative things off of my credit reports. Most of what I have on my credit report is (unfortuantely) credit cards. I am unsure on a couple of things: (neither of the following accounts have been paid) 1: On 2 of the older credit card accounts it says: Status: Transferred, closed. $546 written off. Creditors statement: Purchased by another lender The other says: Status: Transferred, closed.

Hi everyone! It's been a month since my last post as I have been working hard to get my payday loans paid off and out of my hair. Money Mart is now paid off Cash1 is now paid off I have one more payment to: California Budget Financing Ace Check Cashing I have 2 more payments to: Check Into Cash I have 3 more payments to: CA Check Cashing Thank Goodness! I had no idea at the time before I started these payments that they were even allowed. But I know better now. Thanks! Kelly

is there an advantage in terms of interest rate, forebearance ect. to consolidate my loans as either ffel(w/sallie) or direct loans(dept of ed)? I have both dl and ffel staffords. I do not qualify for any cancellation on these loans. I am a bussiness owner. Any thoughts?

I was attending one school then I decided to attend another so that I could be home with my kids. Once I started attending this school I recieved a letter stating I was in default. Now I thought that if you were in school then you couldn't be in default they were in good standing.So now I am in default and can't finish school. Could someone please tell me what to do I need to finish school for my kids to have a better life.
