I owe around 1200.00 to a bank for recent overdraft fees that snowballed out of control. My question is: since all debts are to be included in a bankruptcy petition, do I list the Bank Name and the amount just like I would for other unsecured debts and then paying the bank will be part of my Chapter 13 payment plan?

Hi. Unifund placed a lien on my home when I was in default, but the judge removed the default and the judgment. If the lien is not removed in, say, over 60 days (I'm in Calif) can I appeal to the judge for a dismissal at my trial in August? Thank you.

i had an amex card that i not pay..it hasn't charge off yet, its just late by about 60-90 days right now..... so i get a call from gc ca whom says they are collecting this debt for amex...they guy tells me the amount But goes on to tell me an incorrect mailing address, incorrect phone number, incorrect state ect..ok the amount he said sounds right..ugh..but he has nothing else right about me! I know i do owe the debt, but i am not sure the account he's speaking of is mine???? What should i do??

I believe they are wrong on the amount that they are making me pay to some bennett law place.
