i had several charge cards..bad payer..they went into collections/charge off ect. why do some people get sued and others do not? i have a middle class job reported on my cf and have a few assets, but never sued.all debts have now passed sol-so i guess i was lucky???

I received a call today and did not pick up for I did not recognize the number. When I checked the message, it was a threatning call saying I needed to call back. When I called back, I could not understand for the life of me, what the person was saying, because it sounded like a huge warehouse. They say I owe 1095.00 and if I dont pay, they are taking me to court and say I am doing fraud. They will not give me any info and they pulled my record up from my phone #. Now I am scared and cant get any info for I have no idea what they are saying.

I found this about NACHA rules on ACH revocation. Hopefully it can help some of you having issues with your banks. Especially BoA. Another tool to throw at them. BoA is a direct member of NACHA yet they ignore the simplest rules.

I am getting called on an invalid debt and man are they aggressive. this telephone number is different than the others posted and they say they are in tennessee. do you know if they are the same company? help. these guys are AWFUL!!!!

i took out like 6 installment loans and all of them send a wage assignment demand to my job i live in illinois but i going to revoke the wage assignment and im actually living the state to another state what can i do what will happen
