Can I make a pyament on line on a existing account?

So, here's the story, and I can fill in any info you need otherwise. I opened an account with Best Buy in October 2007, mainly to finance my laptop I needed before I moved to Germany (I'm military). I kept up with the payments until around September 2008, when I went back to the States to get Married. More or less, out of sight, out of mind as there are no Best Buys in Germany. Normally, I'm pretty good at keeping track of my bills, but this one slipped through the cracks.

I have an account on my credit report from NCO Financial from 2006 that states collection account, placed for collections. Should i try to get a verification for this? if i do and they do not verify it, will it be taken off my report? also, will this raise my score

On my credit report i have an entry from Marauder corporation. Experian has that this debt included in bankruptcy and Transunion has that it is a collection account, placed for collections. Should i fight to have transunion put it as placed in bankruptcy? Will this raise my score?

:cry: On April 15,2009 my husband and I filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. This PDM keeps calling our home after being notified of the filing. After i got home from work yesterday, their number was on our phone, so i called it back, ready to give them once again our Attorneys name and number and the Case number. This chick on the other end plainly told me she did NOT want our Attorneys info or case number. Went on to tell me the law did not apply to them and never will. Said her office was garnishing my wages, filing a judgment against me and is the process of putting a lien on my home.

I need help. My credit score is 500. I have about $4000 worth of credit card bills, $2000 worth of payday loans (i have talked with all but 1 and am working on settling those), and about $3000 worth of medical bills. I filed bankruptcy in 2005 and can not seem to get my credit score up any suggestions would be appreciated

I have just started the debt settlement process. I have enrolled 3 of my cc Citi, Home Depot and Discover with a debt settlement company. I am about 30 days late on all three. It will be awhile before I am able to save up enough money for my debt settlement company to start negotiating. Citi just started calling about three days ago and they have been calling 8 times a day. I am afraid to talk to them. I have put in change of address forms with them so that all correspondance goes to the debt settlement company, but it hasn't taken effect yet. What should I do?

I have just recieved a letter stating amex is offering the opportunity to regain card membership blah, blah, blah. My question is, if I take this offer, what will it do to may credit file? Is it opened as a new account? Does it do anything for my previous lates? Is it a new account? Anybody really know what the real advantage to this is? I offered them a settlement PFD for the full amount and this is what I got back. Will this help or hurt my score? I have no other open collections. My amex right now is in collections..not a charge off yet, and I'm looking for some options.

Just letting everyone know that I got a refund from NLS - a/k/a Sign my loan if you have one with them contact May her fax is 1-866-935-5500 - fax her over a cease and desist letter and state how much they owe you,overpaid interest etc. she sent me a release to sign (wanted a copy of my driver's license but I said no - they do not need that they have enough of your identifying information) I faxed the release back to her and the money was put in my account that I had the payday loan on.

I need to find out where these people are from this ssm group, DJR, OSO FFM. Can't get hold of any of them I don't even know how much I am supposed to owe these people.
