I immediately hung up on them. I know for a fact that I never had a payday loan from Cashnet. can they garnish your wages in ohio?? && if you are making payments can they still sue? THANKS! :D

I need some advice soon. Here is my situation. upto date on all my cards. I am actually in a position were I have great rates on all (0%, 2.9%, amd 5.9%) I owe 21K to citibank (2.9%) I owe 6k to Chase (5.9%) I owe 2K to Discover (0%) I also have 2 mortgages on our home 103K on a 30yr fixed 5.5% and about 18K on a 10yr at 8.9% We have NO savings (had to cash it in a few years ago due to emergency) As of this morning only $100.00 in checking account. My income has gone down ALOT and my wife has been unemployed for about 6 months with no hope of finding one in our area.

I TOOK OUT A PAYDAY LOAN BACK IN 2006 AND THEY CALLED ME THIS MORNING SAYING IM HAVING CHARGES PRESSED ON ME IN MY COUNTY. CAN THEY DO THAT? IT WAS A INTERNET LOAN I THINK IT WAS FOR 500 AND NOW THEY WANT 900 AND I CANT PAY IT. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO???

Hi all, I foolishly have been dealing with CA (American Coradius International) on an account for a car repo. Long story short, I owed chase an auto debt for abour 14k and it has now been given to the CA. First time dealing with CA's and was a little hasty in trying to make a deal and feared they would garnish my wages. So when CA suggested I make payments until I am able to do a lump sum payoff, I accepted and now they have my account info.

Does anyone know how I could go about finding out if 500fastcash.com is legal in the state of AZ. It appears they are based out of Miami, OK, but I have not had any luck finding out if the are licensed or legal.

Has anyone heard of this "debt reversal, when the banks pay you" business?

I just noticed that it has been two years since I first arrived here with my payday loan baggage. Even though my situation was as deperate as any who are arriving recently, there was a certain comradery that lately seems to be missing. Some of the posts were fun and seemed to go on forever. Unfortunately a few of the members, for reasons that still are a mystery to me, decided to go behind backs and slander other members, myself included. Please do not acknowledge these people if they emerge as guest trolls. They do not need to be encouraged. I was hurt by a couple that I truly had love for.
