Upon reading literally hundreds of articles and blogs regarding fair credit reporting practices, I have yet to find anything that tells me exactly what the bureaus are allowed to legally report after a bankruptcy. I want to make sure everything is being reported correctly but there are items which I feel are misleading and not 100% accurate but when I disputed these items, they came back as verified and meeting FCRA requirements. For example, I had my home included in the BK which was of course reported as a foreclosure.
