Help...I have gotten in too deep with payday loans. I am an Indiana resident. I currently have 2 payday loans in Ohio and 2 internet payday loans. What can I do?? I am just paying them back only to reborrow again to make ends meet. I cannot go on like this. What are the consequences of closing my checking account? I just don't know what to do?

I took out a $200 loan with Highland Holdings LLC/Midland back in August. They solicited me via email, I never applied with them and can't find them online. I've paid over $700 to them, so in January I emailed them the letter revoking ACH and wage assignment. They tried to take out one more payment so my bank put a block on any ACH withdrawals. Then I got an email from Highland that they were sending my account to National Credit Recovery. Today I got a call from CDR, saying he was calling about a bounced check.

In January I revoked ACH and wage garnishment (using letter in the forum sticky) but they withdraw another $60 from my account. I notified my bank and they put a stop pay so nothing can be withdrawn. The next email I got from them was notification that they'd sent my account to a collector.

Today I found out I have a judgement on my credit from this company but I was never served a subpoena or sent a letter. How do I fight this judgement or is it a situation where I'd have to come up with the money and pay them?

hello i got a payday loan in the amount of 500 dollars threw mobiloans, I'm located in nevada and sent them a revocation letter on march 7. I closed my old bank account and opened a new one threw my bank low and behold today i check my new account and they withdrew funds!!!! How could they have gotten my new account??? I know they are an illegal company but to withdraw from a new account after i sent them a revocation letter is just messed up!!! What do i do now?? HELP!!!

Hi, I have a few questions. First, I recently talked with Allied Interstate attempting to collect a loan from my wife. If I've already talked with them, is it too late to send out a debt validation letter? Second, my wife incurred the loan before we married, I am not a cosigner, and she is disabled. She has no way of making an income for herself. Since I didn't sign for the loan, I'm not legally required to pay it, right?
