Account is $30 in negative. Regions bank wants to charge me $36 to stop a ach withdraw from payday loan lender. I did advised of federal law but they are ignoring it sayingno such thing and it will be $36 and so on. Do i have to send my revoke letters to the bank or walk in to get this done without any fee?

I am putting together my response to the CA who sent me a dunning letter on the Western Sky loan (serviced by Cash Call of course) that has been overpaid by $1,100. Can I get some input on what I have so far? I specifically didn't put in the C&D language because I want to find out what their response is. So to make a long story short I took out an installment loan to take care of a couple of bills, the current balance is around $1,500.

I received a letter today from the "law office" of Joe Pezzuto in Arizona. They are collecting on an alleged debt originally owned by Citifinancial and sold to CACH LLC. I am going to dispute the debt within 30 days by certified mail.

I've sent 500 fast cash the ACH revocation letter. and this is there response... "this letter is being sent to you as a n offer to settle the above reference account. 500 Fast Cash is currently offering $160.00 as a settlement in full on the above noted account." wtf?? i told these guys that i want a refund of $120... i had a 600 dollar loan with them and paid them 180 4 times... a total of $720.. How do I respond to a settlement offer??
