Today has been a very interesting day. First one of my best friends to whom i used as a reference on my PDL apps, received a phone call from someone supposedly checking my references for a job. Mind you I have been gainfully employed and happy my my employer for the past five years. Concidence, i think not! Now I've received a phone call from someone named Jenny of Paramount Recovery informing me that a summons and a wage garnishment is being drawn against me by MyCashNow.

has anyone had any luck with filing a complaint with the better buisness bureau?

I have a question for anyone that has used Langhorne. I have been with them since October of 2008. They have settled 2 out of 7 of my loans. I have paid them all the big money already and have $500 in my savings account that they can use to settle the other loans. I got an email yesterday wanting to settle with Ameriloan - yes I know they are AWFUL - and the settle amount was outrageous. Langhorne even agreed that it was not a good settlement amount and that I could say no.

Hello, I have 110K unsecured debt, no equity in my house and annual income of about 100k gross. I met an attorney yesterday and he recommended chap 13 said and quoted me a 10% 5 year plan. Does the 10% sound overly optomistic? I have a leased aoto and the lease will expire in 18 months, will I be able to purchase the car or will I have to return it and be without a vehicle? Depending on my employers profit I receive a bonus of 10-20% at the holidays will the trustee confiscate this? Thanks in advance for everyone's help.

Does anyone have a valid fax number or address. I have been trying to fax them a letter but it is not a correct fax number on their website - Also loan point is a/k/a GRC

I received my discharge and I am receiving letters from them about a debt that was included in bankruptcy. I just sent them a letter with a copy of my discharge notice, I'm sure they received it since they were on my creditor matrix list. How should I proceed if I continue to get letters? Funny thing is I never received anything before I filed bankruptcy, this started happening after my discharge.

Just wondering---I owe a family member about $1300 and to be very honest I need some new furniture (sofa and mattress), I really want to pay off the family member and would really like to get the sofa and mattress before filing, as we will be in a chapter 13 for 5 years. So I'm wondering how this would look to the court? I think there is some type of "paying period" prior to filing, anyway, any advise will be great, Reny

Hi. I've been experiencing a lot of problems with Payday-Loan-Yes. About a year ago, I discovered this website and immediately closed my bank account and revoked their authorization to debit my account as well as revocation of voluntary wage assignments. However, to this day, I'm still being harassed by this illegal and unlicensed payday lender and their affiliates. MTE Financial aka Payday-Loan-Yes will use any means necessary to harass and intimidate customers.

Just deleted about 30 loan postings.
