Does anyone know if there are any complaints against Harvest Credit Management vii, llc?

Hi all - I'm new here so please bear with me. On March 9, I lost my job of 8 years. Naturally I immediately applied for unemployment, and was accepted.....*BUT* I made the mistake of being honest with them. When I applied, I told then that I would be returning to school for job training. That puts me into the class of 'not being ready, willing, and able to accept or look for employment' However, NYS encourages UI receipients to go for job training classes and they extend your benefit period if you do.

I know I have posted on here before about Legal Processing, U.S. National Bank and that whole same group of crummy collectors. I also know I sound like a nervous wreck and that is because, even after a few months, I still am a nervous wreck. I try to ignore them but their calls are coming more frequently now. I know I do not owe them anything. They called my house 5 times today. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. This has been going on for months. Has anyone had it go on for this long before? I am up to about six months now.

Hi all. I have a question...When I started college I opened a credit card with MBNA and like a stupid college kid I ran up the bill. I tried to pay on time but couldn't handle it and walked away from it. My credit report says it charged off in 2004 and I have a collection agency that bought it and is giving me fits about paying it. First, does the Texas SOL apply here? What can I do? When can I hope for things to change for the better?

Just wondering if anyone out there has actually filed and if so, could you let me know how it was for you? Are you really left with nothing at all in case of emergencies? If filing for Chapter 7, what was the liquidation of your property like? If all other options, have been explored and I really have nowhere to turn, will I survive this?

When my last debt is settled, how long before my credit can be rebuilt and what's the best way to do it?

I'm really feeling depressed about all the debt me and my Family have accumulated over the last year all in credit cards. I owe $25k that has a 0% rate until July 2009 (bofa) and $13k (associated bank) that has 0% until Feb 2010.

I have read almost every entry here and no one is telling us who is honest and reliable. I was using a Florida based Debt manager who was associated with a Law firm and they went out of business and took some of my money with them. Is there anyone out there i can trust? tia

:shock: I have $30000 in cc debt and have joined a DMP. my problem is the payments aren"t much less and the interest was lowered but because of the required minimums I struggle working xtra hours just to break even. I am a faw enforcement officer and ironically I added half of my debt to get through the training period and a few months following. I will discuss options if any with my personnel dept. but I was wodering if anyone had any input. Thanks
