Caller Id said weinerman & ast but I can't find anything on line Didn't leave a voice mail

Im in Arizona and have two payday loans. Anyone know if these companies wll let me set up a payment plan? I cannot afford to just stop paying, because if my checking account gets closed, Im pretty sure I will not be able to get another. Both are store front. Ace cash $500.00 Cash 1   $500.00 Ive been paying these for about 4 months now and have not had the extra money to apply towards them. Thank you for any help you can offer.

Our mortgage company is GMAC and we've fallen behind a couple of payments and have really been struggling.  Last week they left us a message and when I called back they informed me that we had been approved for a loan modification.  We received the paperwork for this yesterday and I'd really like some input.  Let me say that I feel like this is an answer to our prayers because it would free up a lot of cash for us each month, but the whole reason I'm on this board is because I have always tended to try to fix a problem now and not look at the big picture.

This person keeps calling and leaving messages at work and at home on my answering machine.  He barely speaks English and the message is for me to call him regarding a "complaint against me" and if I do not he is referring my "case" to his "credentialing dept"  I called back and left him a message instructing him to send me something in writing and to quit calling my place of employment.  Well he called again and I called back this morning and the "answering service" answered.  This person did not speak any English and that was all I could make out when they answered.  I am not calling ba

I have contacted the apartments that I owe $2,000 to and they state that they have bought out the apartments and they can not help me. I asked them for the old owners number and I contacted them and they gave me there collections number I called them and they do not have my dept. What should I do? I have heard I can send them a certified letter and if they do not respond within so long they have to get it off my credit, is this correct? I just do not know where to start, I though I did but it is a never ending process!!

I have these credit cards that I absolutely can't pay down because the balance just keeps going up and up.  However, I haven't charged anything on these cards in over 4 years.  The statue of limitations on an open account in my state is 3 years.  Could the statue of limitations apply to these credit cards?  Who would know anything about this??

I sent the template letter to Arrowhead and recieved this back               I respect a consumer who researches the services to which he/she uses. With that being said when you applied for and agreed to the terms of the loan it would have behooved you to read the complete contract you were agreeing to. You are a citizen of the state of Ohio; however the contract was not made in the state of Ohio.

Hello. THe contact info for that company is 1877 878 2700. U have to contact them to pay off the loan or they just keep withdrawing the bi-weekly fees which do not even go towards the principal amount. Its plain ridiculous
