What would be a good sample letter to send to Chase & Toyota Auto Finance for late payments. I can't seem to find where the sample letters are located. I'm not sure which letter would be best to send for late payments. thanks

My mom called to add me to 4 of her credit cards as an authorized user to help boost my credit score. They didn't ask for my SSN# on any of them. Will this still go on my credit without a SSN#? I don't see how it could, but they (Chase) said it would report. thanks :D

I never have and never will pay a collection agency!!!! I harrass them. They can keep calling and calling and I tell them to f off. They get tired and give up. Don't be afraid of these degenertes--they're borderline retarded. Some dumbass sitting their calling people-probably lives at home with his mommy, never has gotten laid, wears a clip on tie and has skidmarks on his underwear. Does anyone have a sample answer for a court summons? I am in a debt settlement but the Credit Union is not recognizing it.

I was taken to court in 2006 in Florida by a credit union for an account I held in California and the case was dismissed without prejudice after they could not produce the promissary note. Do the SOL laws apply to California or Florida? Do they apply to last date of activity on account or was it extended because they took me to court? It has been 2 1/2 years since I was in court now another creditor is using aggressive tactics like calling my father-in-law and telling him he was listed as a contact.

I am in the middle of a judgement proceeding in NC on a ccard I have defaulted on. The reason for the default is that I was in an accident and required 2 back surgeries. I am now on SS Disability and am a single mom. I am due to go to court next week am really scared as to what will happen. I absolutely cannot afford to pay anything on this. Please Help!

Just served a civil summons. This was originally filed on Feb 22, 2008. Now it has been refiled March 26th 2009. I did not answer the first summons, which i now know was a mistake, but the legal firm of Wright & Lerch Fort Wayne, IN apparently did not follow through How many times can they file? If they didn't follow through the first time can they refile a year later? Also what are the statue of limitations for filing against cc debt in Indiana? The company that is suing me is Velocity Investments, LLC. as Assignee of Fleet Bank.
