what is the name of a company that will help consolidate multiple payday loans into one monthly payment?

I realize that this might be a bit much to absorb but I'm gonna give it a try anyway. I need the well rounded opinions supplied here. Please feel free to pm me if you like. :) I am the defendant in a debt collection case in Colorado (County Court Rules for Civil Procedure apply). I HAVE TO represent myself for there is NO ONE to help me. My questions pertains to Rule 316 (b) (bold text part below). I requested a pretrail conference be held so that I could request discovery.

At first I thought this isn't going to be so bad. I think I will qualify for Chapter 7. Now here are my concerns. I am self employed and my BF and I do this together. Because he has bad credit, and I had good credit everything is in my name. Now here are my concerns as I read more here on the boards and the packet my attroney gave me to fill out. I have satelite TV service. We don't do anything and I live in a rural area. This is the only entertainment I have. Let me guess, they won't like that. Also my attroney's packet wants to see cell phone bills.

I am trying to help my parents out of their credit card debt. They have $25000 debt with CitiBank. Apparently the debt was ignored due to my mom taking over finances when my dad was diagnosed and undergoing treatment for cancer. My mom just kept putting the bills aside since she has no income. My mom just recently told me about the debt and that is now in the hands of a colloection agency. The original debt was $12000.00 but due to late fees, interest, and other charges it stands at $25000.00.

So I made the mistake of going with Destination Debt Solutions to help with my payday loans. I've made three payments to them and had gotten letters from some of the payday loan companies that payment arrangements have been made. However, they are not being paid. I've given up trying to communicate with Destination Debt Solutions as they refuse to return my phone calls. The weird (and good thing) is that the company they use to "hold the money," Global Client Solutions is holding the money (minus the fees) in an account. I'm pretty sure I'm screwed on the fees I've paid some far.

Hello all, I been getting calls from 866-928-5055 for the past 2 weeks now. They are really persistent in getting my attention. Of course they leave messages informing me to call them back. I have gotten messages from a Mark and Susan, whoever they are. The messages state they are from "High Country" (in a polite voice) and to please give them a call back. That is it, I just delete them and think nothing of it :wink: Never heard of them on this site before. I found THIS and many more exiciting things on the net about them.

I have 26,000 in debt, i contact a company debt settlement and he can down my debt in 15,000, pay 470 at month. somebody thinks this is a good offer?

Does anyone know who the ACH processors are for: Nationalpayday.com, zip19.com (northway financial) and intergrity advance (iadvancecash.com) . do you have a phone number for the ACH processors? Help is much appreciated! Thanks!

For all of you trying to deal with Paydaymax with no response as I got. I found out that their ACH's are done through Credit Protection Depot. When Paydaymax didn't respond to my emails, faxes to Revoke my ACH due to being an illegal loan, I decided to contact CPD. their number is 866-645-1661. KNOW YOUR STATE LAWS BEFORE CONTACTING THEM!! Make sure you have attempted contacted with paydaymax before contacting them. I called them and explained how i have been trying to revoke my ach authorization but have gotten no response. they confirmed they had a copy of my letter from paydaymax already.
