I was recently laid-off from my job. On mar 18, I hit the 30-day late mark with my car payment. I'm financing through Wachovia. I've already transferred one payment to the end of my loan within the last 12 months, so they said they are unable to do that again. At what point will my car be repossessed? Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

Hi, I am an NC resident with 4 internet PDLs and 4 PDLs from storefronts in SC. I have found out that PDLs are illegal in NC and I think I've read enough in the forums to stop the internet PDLs, but how should I manage the storefront PDLs? I am broke right now, my wife hasn't worked for a year and I'm about to have my salary cut by 12.5%!

How can I find out if I am on EWS?

A little over a year ago, I decided to try offline direct marketing and purchased a license from a particular marketer who then referred me to US Merchant Services to get setup with a credit card processing agreement so that I could take orders over the phone and through faxed requests for merchandise. In the meantime of calling US Merchants, I received a phone call unsolicited from Lease Finance Group out of Chicago. I live in Anaheim.

ok, so I have written checks to various companies and some have been posted as nsf... how do i go about finding all of these merchants i have written bad checks? also, can i file these in a chapter 13? i

Ok, I took your advice and here is where I stand. I canceled the ACH authorization with my PDL's Cash Central & Payday One were great and they are working with me on payments (these are the Legal PDL's) EZpaydaycash, canceled my ACH but they are still telling me I owe $455. I borrowed $400, have paid back $290.

I just recieved a copy of my TU credit report online. It looks nothing like the the copy that I recently recieved from a CA. CA copy lists accounts by "trades" and "Collection Accounts", even has a "summary" section, mine does not. Mine just list Adverse Accounts and Satisfactory accounts? Does anyone know why CA copy would have a different format and information? I want to be able to obtain the exact same copy as the CA would of my TU report. Anyone know how to do this? Only reason I ask is because I suspect the CA has slightly altered the copy of my report that they sent me.

I'm in Ohio, and I had an internet PDL with Easy Loans for $300 back in 2006. I made 8 $90 debits from my checking account before I found this forum and feel like I've overpaid. I closed my bank account and sent them a letter revoking wage assignment, etc. I also asked for a refund, which I didn't hold my breath for. But I asked them to at the very least mark my account paid in full since Ohio doesn't permit rollovers, and I had paid $720 on this $300 loan.
