has any one ever been sued or threatened that they will be seen in court for not paying for a delinquent account with a payday loan?

how does some one file for bankrupcy? do you have to wait for you creditors to agree to this? what all happens?

has any one ever got a loan from the company called: DJR LLC? if so was it a good experience or a bad one like mine.... i got a loan from this company and they keep trying to get a payment from an account thats closed an now im getting calls from a supposely collection attorney saying that i wasnt paying this loan cause that was what i like to do is get loans an not pay them back
