i TOOK OUT A BUSINESS LINE OF CREDIT SECUREED BY THE BUSINESS ASSETS AND NEVER SIGNED ANY CLOSING PAPERS. i NEVER SIGNED A NOTE. THE COMPANY CLOSED 2 YEARS AGE AND NOW THE BANK WANTS ME TO PERSONALLY PAY IT. i ASKED THEM TO PRODUCE THE NOTE AND THEY HAVE ONLY A COPY OF A BLANK FORM. tHEY DO NOT HAVE A NOPTE SIGNED BY ME AND WANT TO REPORT TO MY PERSONAL CREDIT REPORT THE DELIQUENT PAYMENTS.

I've been semi-optimistic that we'll be able to get back on track while on the phone with our BOA CCs, that is 120 days late. Did I shoot myself in the foot in regards to a good settlement? My husband is self employed (and a startup company). I've been saying that I hope this week (or next week) will be a turning point and he'll get paid. We really want a settlement because I don't know how we would afford the hardship program BOA offered (doesn't help us enough).

hi i cant stomach looking at my credit report. i had 7 c accounts in 2004 that i stopped paying on that year. i winder if they are still valid debs after all this time. i have not ben contacted, but that is because i am out of reach. i thik all these accts were taken by collection agencies and i thought there was a way to gt the credit reporting agencies to take the accounts off my cr anyway. i dont have the mental strength to pull my cr, and send out letters to the collection people, but if these debts are dead based on the SOL maybe somebody can help me with this?

I recently found out thru checking Marion County clerks Office that Chase bank filed a small claim against me. Summons issued 3/13 but haven't been served yet. The attorney listed for Chase is Lisa L Dolin. I cannot find her on the florida bar or american bar websites. I have not received any letters from her either. Just a collection call from Chase stating peperwork has been filed. Anyone ever deal with this person ? What do I do from here? I plan on going to clerks office Monday to get paperwork. I'm exempt from attachment under Fla law on several levels. Thanks in advance
