Well today is my first time browsing this site and its very helpful. i am 29years old i dont have any kids. i am struggle due to pay loans i got when i moved out for the first time. i had too much pride to ask my family due to money being short on their end. All my payday loans are up to date but i have no extra money becasue i live check to check due to this. i am very embarassed to talk to someone about this but i just cant take it anymore.i have a total of 7 storefront payday loans, 2 installment loans, 1 online and a couple credits issues.

Hi,Has anyone ever had a levy put on their bank account from a creditor? Do you know at what point do they usually do this? My bank just told me they don't even need to know your account number. What if they don't know what bank you are using can they still find your bank and your account?

i have a general question..i do not have the info on who or what i owe at this point..they have changed hands/names so many times i cant begin to keep track...heres my question...when these non english speaking asshats call they always threaten that they can find my bank info and just take what they want..ive only had a savings for about 2 years now because of this..its a pain..i need a checking account to pay bills and stuff..i can get a 2nd chance checking from a bank here but i was just wondering if anyone could tell me for sure..can they get my info??

If I go to my bank and either put a hard block or close my account how can I pay for legit expenses? I have my mortgage payment ach'ed and a few other things, can allow for certain items and not others.

What type of debt is a cell phone? Open or written?

Here is the situation - I currently live outside the United States and have about 45K of AES debt. I am considering calling them offering to pay 50% of the outstanding debt immediately if they forgive the other 50%. As I live outside the country and do not care about my US credit rating, is this a good idea....Is it even possible?

I want to thank you guys for all your help and getting my life back from these payday lenders. I want to ask how to deal with the letters I have been getting from collection agencies. I also got this email and would like to know how to deal with it, it seems like a trick. You agree that PayDayMax.com and its successors and or assignees may contact you about your account using any contact information or cell phone numbers you provide, whether previously or in the future.
