WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS HAD DEALINGS WITH THESE TWO COMPANIES.I HAVE STOPPED ALLOWING WITHDRAWLS FROM THEM AT MY BANK AND WOULD LIKE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY THE LOANS OR SETTLE.THEY WERE UNABLE TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT FRIDAY,SHOULD I CALL THEM OR WAIT FOR THEM TO CONTACT ME? Viploanshop-borrowed 399+90 fee=390 paid $90 once-insufficent funds-they said they would charge me $250 on my next payday-i told them i could not pay all that and would like an arrangement-they were nasty rude and they tried to debit my acct again in a few days which caused me another $29 fee.i put a stop on any withdrawls

What can I to get the judge to not allow Capitol One to get money out of me check? The clerk of courts is trying to serve notice to me now.

I owe about $300,000.00 in unsecured Credit Card debt. I fell ill unable to work lost all savings medical bills & stock market. My home has about a $300,000 mortgage pd much more; however I live in a condo in Florida and I not able to get anything near what is owed. Anyway the home is protected in Florida by the Florida homestead. I am looking for a job at 65 not easy however I am trying so I can pay about $35,000 a year for the mortgage, taxes, condo assesment, insurance. I noted on my county clerk's site today, that Chase Bank filed suite.

When a collection agency contacts you they need to send written notice within 5 days. Is that business days or calendar days? When I read the FDCPA it just mentions 5 days, but maybe that has been interpreted as 5 business days?

I got a letter from them today asking for full payment of a credit card debt.The debt is about $4000.The letter said they had made the decision to initiate litigation against me.I'm not really sure what this means.Will they sue us? Will they garnish our wages or take our money from our bank accounts?? They even said to use my tax refund to pay them off. I don't have $4000 to pay them off or i would of paid already.What should i do???

So, when dealing with an illegal internet PDL company......You get a phone call, e-mail, etc after closing your bank account. Upon explaining to them over the phone that their company is operating illegally and I only owe the amount borrowed, etc, etc, etc....you get the question..."You came to us. So, you basically think it is alright for our company to loan you money and you not pay any interest at all?" How should one resond?

Does check into cash have in house collections? They have no specific corporate office address just a post office box. They have a 800 number, which I'll try when they're open. Do they only use outside collections agencies? Which ones? Should I be scared?

Has anyone used a company called Credit Card Debt Reducers?
