I settled 4 B of Amer business accounts on Feb 26 all at 10% in 3 payments. They are working hard to get what they can this month. I really encourage you to call them today. These were business accounts. Accounts were 150 days delinquent. Good luck.

i'm a disabled veteran who is having problems with central credit services. I can't handle the stress they put me through. They are rude. they are trying to collect on a paypal credit card debt i have. it's about $5,000. i tried to work with ccs and was pressured into an arrangement i couldn't keep. i agreed to make payments and my first arranged payment,$350, bounced. i stupidly gave them my bank info. they called me back and i told them i didn't have the money that they were asking for and my arrangement is cancelled.

Can anyone comment on this. I cannot find anything that could be explained in terms that I can understand. Thanks in Advance.

I have 2 mortgages that if the lenders would settle for 50%? 75%? would consider paying off. The loans are not in arrears and never have been. Both amount to around $100,000 each so have an encentive to pay off. Is this possible?

I have several loans out and am having big problems. Financial issues got me into the mess and these made it worse. I am in PA. Most of the loans worked just fine and were paid off in a short time. Presently I have a few that I thought should be paid off but according to them I have only been paying finance fees. Titan group I owed 200 on. I have paid $660 they say I still owe 200. SJM (don't even remember this one) I owed $300 on it and I have paid 1100.

i also received a summon from Mann Bracken in behalf of GE Money Bank and do not know what to do...it is my first time to be in this kind of situation. can someone give me some info on what to do?

Have to identify themselves when they are calling .. I have had 7 calls since Monday no dunning letter yet the number shows up unavailable there is no message left on the answering machine.. I live in Texas

I have a letter stating that they are going to take me to arbitration. They have attached a copy of my orginal Verizon bill. I incured this debt in Illinois and I now live in California. The bill was in 2003. I believe the SOL has run out. I also filed a ID Theft Affidavit in 2003. The phone was stolen. Can anyone please help me? Thank you
