Ok so since I have to post this here. If i received a judgement against me for a private student loan by a CA that took me to court etc. Obviously I could not pay in one lump sum, I live in PA and don't have any assets. What would most likely be the outcome?

Can someone please repost the website that you can visit to find the names, emails, phone numbers and addresses for corporate officers of companies? I am specifically looking for contacts for Accredited Home Lenders Thanks!

my husband and I got behind in our bills and became overwhelmed. We took out some internet loans to try to help us through and became caught up in the whole payday loan rollercoaster. Some of the ones he has are MTE,Qloot,Ameriloan,United cash loans. There are more,but I'd have to check my records. They won't take small payments and are threatening internet fraud. We live in Ohio. Is this legal to sue for internet fraud. Can we file bankruptcy on these if they refuse to work with us. Really need some advice. Please Help.

I am in the early stages of defaulting on my cc's so I can possibly settle one day. Since I paid most of my monthly payments thru my bank account (online), I would like to close this account. My question is, once it is closed, does anyone have the right to those records in the future (CA's, courts, etc)? Just wondering because I have borrowed money from CC's as well as family members and have deposited those funds into this account to pay bills. Will I have to explain this to anyone? Will I have to account for and explain checks that were written from this account?

Just out of curiosity. Has anyone dealt with a CA that just does not attempt to collect? I used to make payments over the phone with Arrow but then they stopped calling. Even during this time they simply would be evasive as to sending me something in the mail. 5 months later they put an inquiry on my CR. I called and made the dumb mistake of agreeing to a payment plan but the gentlemen would not send me anything in writing unless it was 1. pay in full letter 2.

I live in Ohio and am receiving collection calls from 1st Integral Recovery Services saying my husband is going to be charged with internet check fraud for defaulting on a payday loan. I asked Donald to send me a letter of validation outlining the debt and proving ownership,but he refused and then put his supv on the phone who also refused and became belligerent. The loans are from B.M.G and some other places they refused to say. Can they sue for internet check fraud?

I live in AZ. and i have multiple payday loans also, i got into the same trouble as probably most people in my situation have, needing a loan, not having enough to pay it back and taking another, leading up to multiple loans, (borrowing from Mary to pay paul) and so on and on and on. we are now not able to pay any other bills or just to buy groceries. i start to pay them down then something comes up.

what's the best way to answer all of these? Production of Docs: my social security number?

On a judgment in Missouri can the lawyer(the one w/ my debt) charge me 27%?

I do not know what to do!!!!! I filed my complaint with the BBB and United Cash Loan sent this as their response: To Whom It May Concern: We recognize this complaint as a response to a template of a form letter circulating the Internet. This form letter is full of mis-leading and inaccurate information. Unless this customer has a specific complaint regarding the handling of their account, we do not believe a response is warranted. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
