i got this letter in response to the complaint filed with the BBB. Dear xxxxxxx ARM is a third party debt collection agency, and as such during the course of usual business routines encounters customers who are less than satisfied with the interaction with our representatives.

So i was summoned to court by Howard Lee Schiff.. and setup a payment arrangement which was great.. when i went online to their website and typed in the amount i authorized which was about 50.00 a month the page auto refreshed and did not go to the 2nd or 3rd page of the screen instead the full amount was paid, when i called them they stated that i should learn how to work a computer.. and although they had my written agreement in front of them and then a payment for the full amount it wasnt there problem..

Does anyone know where this number if from?

A freeze was put on my bank account in MO, I don't reside in MO anymore, can they come after a new accnt in a new state?

If you have any internet PDL's, go into those PDL's, print off any account history, your account documents, and anything and everything you can from their website, such as addresses, phone numbers, etc. I have found that ALL of my internet PDL's have blocked my access to the online accounts after the ACH Revocation letters were sent. Also, I had to open a new email account as they blocked all emails from the email that I had used in my application, so email notifications were being rejected.

collection agency: how long is statute of limitations?

As you can tell if you look under my avatar, I have been trying to get out of pdl hell since August 2007. I think I had 11 or 12 internet pdls and I ended up with storefronts at almost every one in town...7 of them. Talk about not being able to manage money. I joined the site and began fighting the internets. It was a long scary frustrating road of dealing with the pdl companies and then the collection agencies they referred me to. I was not sure what to believe or how to go about getting out of the mess I had gotten myself into. I was scared I would get sued or worse, arrested.

I just go the same summons from midland and i was wondering was do i need to say in my letter to the courts? (responding ot the summons i got) and who do i send it to the courts or the lawyer first? Thanks!

Hi, just trying to clean up what is left of my payday hell! I live in Delaware, can anyone tell me if these remaining loans are legal in Delaware? I don't know how to check to see if they are: Integrity Advance - loan $500.00 have paid $1150.00 according to their records I still owe $400.00 CMG - loan $300.00 have paid $775.00 still ow original balance Thanks for any help you can pass along!
