does medical debt legally go to credit history? Recently a 505$ medical debt appeared on my report, only on one of the three CR agencies. I can't afford to pay it now. I did get medical services but do not remember the bill being so high. Would anyone please help with an advice? Should I send debt validation letter? How should I approach this in order to get it of my report as soon as I can? Thank you guys!Smile Steve

Which is the best company to go with for this? i have been looking at Freedom Debt Solutions. Are they Legit and can they really get my balance down 42% straight away?

I just received a letter in the mail today telling me that I am hereby notified that a garnishment was issued based on a judgment against me and the garnishment was served. I was served two years ago and I went to the clerk of courts office for it and signed that I would agree to pay. I then signed up with care one credit/the freedom point debt consolidation program. I was paying on that for awhile until I came into financial trouble. It has been at least a year since I have paid any money due to being low on funds.

If all your accounts are charged off, is there any benefit in using debt management verses debt settlement?

loan with ameriloan, paid off , borrowed 500.00 paid back 680.00, understand that when i took loan they were not allowed to do business in state of california, back in 2008, filed with ftc, sent them an emial requesting my money back ( 180.00) how can i get them to send my money without lawsuit

My husband and I decided to get a pay day loan from the little loan shop to help pay for christmas shopping expenses. We maid arrangements to pay 35 to extend our 300 loan until January. After making our first payment of 105 we made the decision to pay off the loan completely. they were suppose to debit the entire loan amount and interest. Since then they have taken over 600 out of my account, they refuse to produce the supposed contract we signed, and are now telling us we agreed to make 20 equal payments of 105. This is ridiculous and I don't know what to do.
